Diabetes Screening

This test is for you if

• you have unexplained tiredness, fatigue, and lack of energy
• you have increased urination, thirst, weight loss, and dry mouth
• you have a history of recurrent infections, yeast infections, or slow healing
• you have pain, numbness and tingling in hand and feet
• you have a family history of diabetes
• you have a history of gestational diabetes

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase

No food for 8 hours prior to test. Ok for water and medications

We will notify you by email when your results are available in the patient’s portal. This can take up to a week. Please review all abnormal values with your primary care provider.
